  • Will I notice the patch repairs?

With our infrared asphalt repair process, our patches are installed as seamlessly as possible. Typically, the biggest difference you will notice is the difference in color. The newer asphalt will be black, but the existing pavement is usually a few shades lighter or a grayish color. Sealcoating a parking lot after various asphalt patch repairs will help to blend in the repaired spots. Give us a call today for more information on our asphalt repair services.

  • How often do I need sealcoating?

Asphalt sealcoating should be applied every one to three years. This can depend on the amount of traffic the parking lot receives. According to The Detroit News, getting your driveway sealed by a professional can increase its lifespan by up to 30 years.
